Delete your Meetro account

You can delete your Meetro account and all associated data at any time, in either of two ways.

From the app

Open Meetro Profile Settings Delete Account

Confirm when prompted. Deletion is immediate.

Takes effect: immediately

Without the app

Email support@meetro.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

Email a deletion request

Takes effect: within 30 days of verification

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — name, photo, email, phone number and country
  • Your activities and RSVPs
  • Chat messages
  • Friend connections
  • Notification tokens

What we keep

None of your personal data is retained after deletion, except records we are legally required to keep — for example, moderation reports tied to safety incidents. Those are retained for up to 90 days and then removed.
